WHERE

APPROVAL OF THE PROVISION OF THE CONVENTION TRAVEL DOCUMENT ON REFUGEES AND DOCUMENT

According to Article 30 (5) and Article 33 (1) (4) of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Refugees and Asylum”, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides :

  1. Adopt:

1) description of the travel travel document issued to refugees in accordance with Annex N 1;

2) the procedure for issuing a convention travel document issued to refugees in accordance with Annex N 2.

  1. The Minister of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia, within one year after the entry into force of this Decision, to replace refugee status or temporary asylum certificates for asylum-seekers or temporary asylum seekers in the Republic of Armenia with the convention travel document issued to the refugee.
  2. To declare invalid the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia No 695 of November 20, 1999 “On Approval of the Procedure for Issuing a Citizenship and Travel Document in the Republic of Armenia and Their Descriptions”.
  3. This Decision shall enter into force on the tenth day following its official publication. Prime Minister of

SECTION 1

 

CONVENTION TRAVEL DOCUMENTS FOR REFUGEE IN THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

  1. A travel document issued to a refugee in the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter referred to as “the paper”) is a document of 32 x 88 x 125 mm sized identity document.
  2. All the contents of the paper are printed in Armenian, English and Russian.
  3. The tissue of the paper is blue. The upper left corner of the T-shirt is twisted at a height of 45 ° with a distance of 10 mm from each other and two lines in a 3 mm rib. The words “REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA” are printed on the top of the cover page. The coat of arms of the Republic of Armenia is depicted in the center of the shirt. The words “TRAVEL DOCUMENT (CONVENTION OF JULY 28, 1951)” are printed on the bottom of the shirt.
  4. On the next page of the paper cover it is written:

“THIS DOCUMENT GIVES HIS APPLIANCES FOR THE TRIP TO DOWNLOAD THE TRIPLE DOCUMENT THAT CAN MAKE OUT OF THE NATIONAL PASSPORT”.

“THIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT IS RESTRICTED TO RETURN THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA TO THE TIME END OF THE DOCUMENT”.

“IF THE THIRD TRAVEL DOCUMENT ARE RELIEVED TO REMAINABLE RESIDENCE FROM THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA IN OTHER COUNTRY AND WANT TO LEARN FROM THIS COUNTRY, SHOULD SHOULD APPLY TO NEW AUTHORITIES ‘COUNTRIES TO GET A NEW TRAVEL DOCUMENT. AUTHORITIES OF THE NEW DOCUMENT ARE SHOULD SHOULD SEND THIS DOCUMENT AND RETURN THE AUTHORITIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA. ”

  1. In the upper part of paper 1 the words “REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA” are printed. The coat of arms of the Republic of Armenia is depicted in the Center, below the words “TRAVEL DOCUMENT (JUDGMENT OF JULY 28, 1951)”.
  2. The words “DOCUMENT TYPE SIGNATURE” are printed on the bottom of page 2 of the document.
  3. The words “REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA” are printed on the third page of the document, on the left side of the page, in the sequence “TRAVEL DOCUMENT”, “TYPE”, “CODE”, “DOCUMENT N”, “LION”, “NAME” , “COUNTRY”, “BORN”, “SELL”, “BIRTHDAY”, “TRAVELED”, “VICTORY TO BE” and “by whom”. On the bottom left of the page there is a space for 35 x 45 mm u.
  4. On the 4th page of the paper, the words “DOCUMENT REVENUE TERMINATED” is printed.
  5. The word “DOCUMENT DETERMINED IN ALL STATES” is printed on page 5 of the paper and is put on a round seal with the coat of arms of the Republic of Armenia.
  6. The words “CHILDREN” are printed on the 6th and 7th pages of the paper. Each of the above pages has a place for each of the two children to print 35 x 45 mm dimensions and fill them with the words “LION”, “NAME”, “BORN” and “SEND” :
  7. In the upper section of pages 8 and 9 the word “NOTICES” is printed.
  8. The word “VISA” is printed on top of pages 10-32 of the document.
  9. Chapters 8-32 of the paper are published in the section ” JULY 28 CONVENTION “
  10. The document series and number are printed at the bottom of pages 1, 5, 9 and subsequently numbered pages.

REFUGEE CONVENTION TRAVEL DOCUMENT

  1. A convention travel document (hereinafter referred to as “paper”) is issued to the refugee by the State Migration Service under the Ministry of Territorial Administration (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) within a one-week period upon making a decision on recognizing as a refugee and asylum.

  1. The head of the service shall accept the decision on granting asylum and refugee status in the Republic of Armenia on the basis of the documents prepared by the service as an asylum seeker.

  1. The document is issued to refugees who have been granted asylum in the Republic of Armenia. The data of a 16-year-old refugee are included in his / her parents’ documents.
  2. A document that can not be used without a guardian’s departure from the Republic of Armenia is issued to juvenile refugees under the age of 16 years, without accompanying or separated from the family.
  3. The document is valid for two years, after which the service is renewed for two more years each time on the basis of a refugee application.

  1. The document loses authenticity within one week after the final decision on cancellation or termination of the decision of the head of the service on the issue of asylum or recognition of a refugee.

  1. The document is issued in a single sample, in Armenian, in English and in English.
  2. The following information shall be mentioned on the identity document of the person:

1) surname, name and patronymic;

2) u jump.

3) Place of birth, date of birth, year of birth, date of birth;

4) citizenship (or its absence).

  1. The following notes may be made on paper:

1) to extend the validity of the document by the service;

(2) temporary foreign travel and return of foreign states;

3) the place of residence in the Republic of Armenia by the Police of the Republic of Armenia adjunct to the Government of the Republic of Armenia;

4) the marital status of territorial civil registration offices.

  1. It is forbidden to make other notes in the certificate of refugee.
  2. The Secret Service shall provide a service to purchase a certificate:

1) application for receiving a document;

(2) the recognition of the head of the service as a seizure;

3) 35 x 45 mm in size (color).

  1. For each child traveling with a child, it is necessary to submit:

1) birth certificate;

2) 35 x 45 mm in size (color).

  1. The paper is issued within a one-week period after receiving the application.
  2. The document is exchanged by the service.

  1. The document may be exchanged if the information contained therein is changed, the inaccuracies in the records are not usable.
  2. For the exchange of securities, the Exchange shall submit a document of exchange, a defined form of application and two (35 x 45 mm) dimensions (color).
  3. The checksum may, in the case of changing any information in the document or finding inaccuracies in the records, be exchanged, also presents a change or a document certifying the inaccuracies.
  4. In case of loss of the document, the Secret Service shall inform the Service, the Police of the Republic of Armenia adjunct to the Government of the Republic of Armenia, or the diplomatic representation or consular office of the Republic of Armenia in foreign countries within 10 days.

  1. In the event of the recognition of the refugee or the granting of asylum for the acquisition of the nationality of the Republic of Armenia, the person submits the document to the service, in the foreign states, in the diplomatic representation or consular office of the Republic of Armenia.

  1. In case of permanent residence in a foreign country, the person submits the document to the diplomatic representation or consular office of the Republic of Armenia.
  2. The death certificate of the deceased is handed over to the body responsible for the death registration. After the death registration, the document is sent to the service. The Service shall inform the Police of the Republic of Armenia under the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

  1. The foreigner who died in a foreign country shall be handed over to the diplomatic representation or consular office of the Republic of Armenia, which shall submit it to the service. The Service shall inform the Police of the Republic of Armenia under the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

  1. The submitted documents are handed over to the service.

  1. In the event of loss, damage or theft of the document, the service, after a detailed investigation of the case, shall, if necessary, cooperate with the law enforcement agencies to provide a refugee with a new document for the validity period of the previous document. The Service shall provide a refugee with a certificate confirming his / her refugee status and loss of the document within three days after being notified.

  1. Persons who have been chosen as a preventive measure have not been arrested, and those who have been detained as a restraint measure, as well as the documents of detainees sentenced to imprisonment are taken by the investigative, preliminary investigation or court.
  2. In case of removal of the preventive measure, the documents of the accused and the accused shall be returned to the owners.
  3. After serving the sentence, a new document may be issued to the person who has been discharged, on the basis of the general procedure defined therein.
  4. The seizure of a document (except as specified in paragraph 25 of this Procedure) is forbidden to other persons and pledge of the pledge.
  5. The Service informs the Police of the Republic of Armenia adjacent to the Government of the Republic of Armenia on issuing a certificate of refugee.
